Christina will make a presentation about her book and Julie Balistreri will talk about being a woman winemaker! Complimentary wine tasting and then guests are welcome to order lunch (no host).  They have a great menu and lovely setting indoors and outside.  Christina will have books for sale, too.

Melinda Ponder ’66 is launching her book, 

Katherine Lee Bates: From Sea to Shining Sea

Melinda will be visiting Colorado in October for two public events scheduled in Colorado Springs.

- Lecture “Katharine Lee Bates and her 'Enchanted Summer’ in Colorado Springs, 1893”; Colorado College: Celeste Theatre in the Cornerstone Arts Building, 877 N. Cascade Avenue, Friday, October 6, 2017, 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm.

- Book Talk - The Bookman, 3163 Colorado Avenue; Saturday October 7, 2017, 1 pm – 4 pm.
